Im working on computers as a hobby, but some people pay me to work on their computers, i need to send them receipts via email. I need a program to do that. I would like a program that saves the receipts in a format that older and newer computers can read.

I would like a program that saves the receipts in a format that older and newer computers can read.- I would suggest that you use a spreadsheet such as MS Excel or Open Office and then save to a PDF file. OpenOffice has this facility built in but you can also install a PDF Printer such as PDF Creator which allows you to print a PDF form any application installed on your computer. http://www.pdfforge.org/ http://www.openoffice.org/
