I have a general cleaning business residential and commercial i wanted to start doing carpets also. I have experience cleaning carpets but i have been hearing i cant do it with my business unless i get a carpet cleaning license. Is this true? if it is what license is it and how do i get it? I live in utah by the way.

- Yes you can. I had my own cleaning business for 11 years. I included carpets. Not until I was in business for 3 years and my reputation was good. I bought a comercial carpet cleaner and concentrated on move outs unless my regular customers wanted their carpets done.
