For an interview- The responsibility of am office secretary really depends on the job. The task are different from office to office. Some answer the phone, do filing etc... And some are way more detailed.
- That question doesn't make any sense, i'm sorry just going on a limb here and saying, maybe you shouldn't become anyones secretary if you don't know how to properly make sentences, i'm not saying it to be rude.
