Why is my credit card account temporarily unavailable and not eligible to pay on my online account?

I bank with suntrust, and right now my online credit card account says temporarily unavailable, and it also says I'm not eligible to pay it? Did they cancel my card? Also, I owe like $125 dollars because I'm beyond the limit. Did they turn it over to collections, or are they just doing maintanence on the website? But, I can access my other accounts on there. I would pay off my card, and I have been in the past, but for awhile I have been having trouble making the money to pay it off, and having trouble finding a full time job.

- Is there a customer service number on their website? If so, call it.
- They were doing maintenancee for the past few days especially depending on where you live. A lot of times if you log out and back in you can access the credit card account. You would have gotten something in the mail, an email, or a phone call (remember never to give your pin # out) if it had gone to collections. You probably just racked up some late fees and should have no problem getting to it now. If you need to speak to a representative you can call 1-800-SUNTRUST.
